If you purchase from our site, we use cookies during the ordering process to ensure the order goes through smoothly. In addition, orders are processed by PayPal who will also be using their own cookies.

How long we retain your data

This site is set up for Christmas 2022. After December, we will delete all customer data from our server.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

We do not hold any credit card or paypal information on our server. All information you enter during purchase will be collected and maintained by Paypal.

The only data we hold on your is the phone number, email address and name that you used during your booking. If you cancel your booking or do not complete a booking, this information is deleted within 24 hours.

What do we do with your data

We do not share your data with anyone. We only use it to confirm your booking with Santa.

Refunds & Changing Appointment

If you need to change your appointment for another time, please do so as early as possible as when timeslots have been booked by other customers, they are gone.
Update 26/11/2022: Any changes to appointments MUST be done at least 72 hours (3 days) BEFORE your appointment.

If you cannot go to your appointment and need to cancel, this needs to be done at least one week before your appointment.


We hope that this Christmas will be very special, and that we aren’t restricted in what we can do like previous years. However, if we need to cancel one or more days for any reason, we reserve the right to do so without notice. If that happens, we will contact you and refund your payment in full.
